So I saved it and added my 100 things that shaped my year when they happened. Your list is great, Tobia! I love the idea of releasing 2024!
Thank you Michelle. I had some nice things happening to me in 2024.
I’m so glad you kept your own list in 2024. It seems like we have a bit of crossover in our lists, too! Do you think you will try to be largely sugar-free if it helps your migraines?
Honestly, I don’t want to live a sugar free life as I love cake and chocolate and am not willing to give that up due to migraines too. I’m cutting so much already. However, I am the kind of person who is eating the whole chocolate and not just a piece. I think I want to work towards not overdoing even though cold turkey works best for me. We’ll see how it goes. Getting back to it being a treat may be the mindset I need to achieve.
