November has been such a whirlwind with NaBloPoMo going on. So many things to read and write and be busy with. Also lots of sickness and stress and just life going on. But there have been magical moments and probably many more than I would assume. So lets have a look what made November magical.
How I incorporated my word MAGIC in November
Let’s see where I came across magic in the past month.
- I found magic climbing into after winter covers have been pulled out.
- I breathed magic when opening the window and feeling crisp cold air hit my lungs.
- I saw magic when waking up to a winter wonderland.
- I heard magic when the snow flakes danced down to earth, slowly and silently clinking together.
- I discovered the magic of winter light hitting the dusty workshop at my parents country home.
- I found magic in spending a weekend with my mom at the country home
- I created magic by writing 30 blog posts.
- I was blessed with magic by being part of the blogging community.
- I spread magic by commenting on oh so many blog posts (382).
- I enjoyed the magic of friendship when seeing my best friend.
- I proudly enjoyed the magic of a clean desk.
- I rejoiced in the magic of finding an electrician who installed (almost all) the lamps.
- I experienced magic through so many great books.
- I enjoyed some magical walks through the woods and the neighborhood.
- I enjoyed a magical evening with my family (minus one sister) on November 9th.
- I re-discovered the magic of eating less sugar. Four weeks. I am proud.
- I was part of a magical book club meeting where author Kirsten Miller joined us.
- I spread magic
A magical image
I was either lucky and skilled enough to capture the magic of the moment my self or I share an image that really spoke to me.
How I will experience MAGIC in December
- I will enjoy the magic of the season.
- I will create magic by making some gifts and bake some cookies.
- I will enjoy the magic of Christmas songs.
- I will watch the magic unfold in Christmas movies.
- I will enjoy the magic of hot baths to unwind.
- I will read magical winter and Christmas books I have been looking forward to all year.
- I will spread magic by sending out many many Christmas cards.
- I will cherish the magic between the years to make plans, to reflect and to focus.
- I will experience the magic of a new word of the year being born.
- I will appreciate the magic of candle light.
- I will spread magic by donating some money.
- I will create a magic sweater (which I started in January…. upps).
What was magical to you in November? Did you experience a magical moment? What magic will hopefully happen in December? Do you have one magical moment you are looking forward too?

Love these posts of yours! Magic in November… Thanksgiving! Decorating the Christmas tree! L’s birthday <3
Magic in December- all things Christmas- just give it all to me lol
Yes to all things Christmas.
Your November sounds great too.
I love these posts too! Magic in November for me would be the magic of exploring new places, learning new things and trying new food.
In December … Christmas, time with family, warm weather, maybe a swim in the ocean?
That swim in the ocean threw me off at first when I looked outside seeing snow. But right you are heading into summer.
You November sounds magical. Hope December will be just as much.
I also enjoy your Magic posts, looking forward to seeing what word you come up with for 2024.
I love the cozy feeling of being under the comforters, when it is cold enough that they are comfortable. So lovely.
So so nice to spend time with your family and friends, I love that!
I was able to see my sisters and my step-mom in November, which is not common, they live in another state, so that was really nice. Thanksgiving with my in-laws was also lovely. I’m looking forward to December – We’re going to put up our Christmas tree today, and I will get started on my cards.
Seeing family is great especially if you are living further apart.
And I agree being under covers is so great. I always have a hot water bottle too. So cozy.
Enjoy putting up your Christmas tree.
I love your “magic” posts! You definitely did create and spread magic in November through NaBloPoMo.
I feel like the whole month of December is magical, with all the lights, music, and decorations. I have my magical Christmas tree up and I magical peppermint scented candle burning right now!
That sounds like a magical December is already happening Jenny. I don’t think I’ve ever smelled a peppermint candle…
Ah, I love that mushroom picture. What a great capture (and the colors look so crisp!).
I really love these MAGIC posts – such a good opportunity to reflect on the good and magical moments of the month. I am so glad you spent time with your mom (I miss mine!) and your friend, read some great books and enjoyed nature walks!
Yes those mushrooms are so fun to discover. And it is amazing what the Phone cameras can do nowadays.
It was fun spending time with my mom.
